Tony Robbins is no God- but i know a few people who have become highly impressioned by him. Because he draws crowds of thousands to him, people listen and live by his 'guided' way. When I gave the same advice to my friend, he ignored me- now he can't stop repeating what Tony Robbins said at the seminar- I'm saying- 'That's what i told you years ago!' Anyone found that alot of people will listen to a nobody in their lives before they see the light?

This must be some American tripe we've not had the pleasure (!) of hearing about in the UK - and by the looks of it, I don't think we want to!
Happy Christmas!

His supporters are the true lightweights because they're rooting this guy on without a clue as to his philosophy. The poor of his worshipers is understandable because they will get free stuff, but try to figure out the rest of them - they will have to give that free stuff. That's what socialism requires.

Tony Robbins is an amazing man. He is a member of my church.
Sometimes its easier to follow someone who is to be admired and who walks their talk rather than some friend.
I can understand how I woudl take his advice over someone else's. He is amazing.

Yes, but there seems to be a human needs to look up to someone else, however obvious or shallow. How else do you explain royalty, celebrity culture or religion ?

It is not just what he says but how he says it. Maybe you should change your approach! You know that old saying you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar!
