Initial reaction: Yes, I like it.
On second thought: the "r" sound at the end of Cooper runs into the "r" sound at the beginning of Rand. Sounds like Cooper and Rodriquez, an accounting firm or something.
Would be okay if one parent's name is Cooper and the other parent's name is Rodriquez and you wanted to publicize your joint venture [in this case, a kid.]

Doesn't go with the last name at all. Cooper Rodriguez sounds ok, but I really dislike that middle name.

~~~I like it,,,,I like the name Cooper,,,Your the parent,,,what ever name you want to say over and over and over for the next 18 years its your choice,,,,,,Cooper for a little child,,,cute,,,Cooper for a teenager ,,,, I can see the Cheerleaders chanting his name as he is running for that touchdown,,,,as an adult,,,I can see Cooper on the nameplate on his office door,,,,,personally,,, I like it. Cooper Rand Rodriguez...............
That would be a great name for him, but only if he goes into the barrel making business. I think it might be a little too early to determine his future trade.
Maybe Doctor Rodrigues, or Lawyer Rodrigues might be better names.
