Like are you talking a small frame, not a small vagina, I mean how can one be smaller than another you know..most women are tight is that what you're talking about? Well I had a pretty good size baby for being early 6lbs 9.2 ozs 18 1/2 in and I was cut 3 times..i'm telling you you should get cut instead of tearing, its alot easier on you, and makes for pretty stitches..

Your body was created for a baby to pass through your vagina....it everything will dilate and thin out to make room for the baby...the only thing that could be too small is your pelvis and then they would possibly have to do a C-section....but before you start worrying call your OB-GYN or address this concern at your next pre-natal visit.Good Luck!

Your body is meant to birth. It's a natural process. Though, if you are having difficulties during birth, your obstetrician may recommend a c-section if you really cannot birth vaginally. Also, your obstetrician may have to make a vertical cut on your vagina to temporarily expand it to allow the baby's head and body to pass through. Suction and pressing on the belly during birth also help. If you are planning to birth at a birthing home and not a hospital, waterbirths and standing births use gravity and relaxation to ease the baby out.

my best friend is a size 0 and she gave birth to a 12 lb baby boy without a problem. Her pelvis was wide. My other best friend is a short squat skater chick who had to have emergency c sections to deliver her girls both around 7 lbs, her pelvis was too narrow. The vagina is designed to have thing come out of them, you will be fine.

your body was designed to give birth...if your pelvis is not wide enough for the baby to pass through, then you will need a c-section. but there is no such thing as a too small vagina.

Well our body is made for a baby to come out of it. It will stretch trust me!! If the baby will not fit they will cut you so he/she will come out. If your pelvic is to small ( very diff. than Virgina) then they might have to do a c-section.

Grit and bare it!! There's nothing you can do. That's what your vagina was made for. It will open on it's on.
