No they should not . Although you might not agree with it .Our U.S. constitution gives every individual the freedom of choice .Since our government has taken most of those liberties away from our citizens illegally .Some people now seem to think they are granted superiority over other citizens We are to be free to do anything we choose as long as it doesn't cause damage to any one Else's person or property. In a free country one person has no right to dictate how some one else should live their life .No two people are alike .Neither are their interests, beliefs or views about life. Its no different than some one thinking they had some right to force you to have a sex change ,because they believe its OK only in reverse .The only way for people to have freedom and liberty .Is to grant freedom and liberty to others

No, it is done in such small number of people that it would in no way affect a census nearly as much as illegal immigration. It's totally each persons right as long as they have the money to pay for it. Which money is then taxed and helps maintain the governments services to the population as a whole.
And when ya get right down to it, it's none of yalls d@mn business!

Yes those operations should be banned, except in those cases where the individual has both genitailia. And yes it does mess up the census.
