No, but I can easily see corporations having the deciding vote in American policy at home and abroad.

Conspiracy theories grow about like mushrooms do: They thrive in the dark and on manure. However, there has been serious discussion between the US, Canada and Mexico toward forming a "North American Union," and that is NO conspiracy theory.
On the surface, such a "union" would make eminent sense. A unified currency would ease trade between regions, criminals would (theoretically) no longer be able to escape to Mexico and avoid US justice...and the combining of economies would make a good counterbalance to the EU.
The problem is that all those arguments fall apart. Mexico has no record of extraditing Mexicans charged with crimes back to the US. Canada's economy has large elements of socialism in it and wouldn't integrate readily with the US economy. Cultural differences between Quebecois and Mexicans are far more vast than between Belgians and Germans.....but the big problem is that Mexico's economy is nearly non-existant and would sink the US and Canada. If you think the US' debt load is staggering, look at Mexico's if you want a real shock.
The people who are advocating this "union" are part of the same old crowd who want to give more power to the UN (Can you say "Oil for Food scandal"?) and believe that illegal immigration to the US somehow helps American workers. This isn't a politcal party thing, Democrats and Republicans both are part of this mindset (James Baker and Lee Hamilton....also both members of the ISG, but that isn't related to this issue, rather, these two have had similar views on issues of foreign policy and national sovereignty for years), but the "union" believers tend to take a different route to advocate the "union" based upon personal political beliefs.
What surprised me was that in a recent press conference, Tony Snow admitted that President Bush believes that America is more of an "idea" than a soveriegn nation. This is a point that has been raised by "union" advocates. Further, there have been plans for a highway running from Mexico to Canada which would be free of customs stops and with truck terminals at various intervals to "facilitate" "free trade." This proposal has also included plans for a "union" currency to be called the "Amero," among other disturbing features. "Union" advocates have discussed "synchronizing" laws between the US, Canada and Mexico....which means that Canada's Charter of Rights and Freedoms would go by the wayside, as would the US Bill of Rights.
There are politicians who think this is an inevitability, but it isn't. Nothing is inevitable except for death, breathing and taxes. Indeed, there are some people who see conspiracies around every corner, but sometimes even a paranoid has enemies. Do some research (WorldNet Daily occasionally runs articles about the "North American Union," but a more reliable source would be Townhall.com) and make your own mind up. Most treaties aren't detrimental to the US, but some are a foot in the door to harming our rights and liberties. It's up to the individual to be informed and decide which things are BS and which aren't.

I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THAT AGENDA BUT I SUCK UP ALL THAT WAS DONE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF JUST WONDERING WHAT THEY COULD DO BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE CHIPS ON THE TABLE AND CAN FREELY PLAY WITH MORE INSIDE INFORMATIONALS IN TECHNIQUES OF WHO IS STILL STANDING, BESIDES ELTON JOHN..I LOVE UNIONS. IF THE CORRUPTIONS ARE ADJUSTED TO A LEVEL OF HOW YOU SEE A COMPUTER WITH OUT VIRUSES AND BAD STUFF U WILL SEE THAT All who bully or screw others over will take advantage of anyway to dig themselves out of what is over our heads in debts and in blind sacrifices to be where we are and we are screwed so if those who still are cash Mobil see the light we could be in time to see some of the people being saved some of the time, and the rest of us will be screwed all the time, the world went the same way as global warming, once the fog set in the world disappeared and isn't coming back, to turn the other cheek

No, of path no longer. all people knows that predictions in scripture with reference to the Mark of the Beast could come authentic. The technologies for it might exist till now then, and the skill to do it international too, for it to be set up while the Impostor desires to. yet that easily mark would be no longer around till now the easily Impostor demands it, and that is going to logically be on the third seal, as part of the postwar martial regulation and cashless society and drug legalization with the intention to simulate international peace. "money is the basis of all evil" would be a propaganda for this. do no longer subject that those idiots are working to make all this achievable. there's a gaping emptiness here on earth and a people waiting for his or her King, and their expectancies comprise an excellent form of lies. A clever sly evil guy will upward push as much as perpetrate this fraud, this identity theft begging to happen. don't be stricken, till you do no longer understand the call of the authentic King, Yahuwshua. Christianity can no longer nicely known His call and fall sufferer to their very own Lie. they're being herded into the slaughterhouse. And the chips would be waiting too.

I am familiar with the NAU and SPP (try SPP.gov and decide for yourself what 'free movement of trade and low risk traffic' means.)

No such thing, its an urban legend. A story you tell people to make them understand their arbitrary and unremarkable existence.
