I get that sometimes too...just try using a softer toilet paper, try using something called tucks pads, and it may be also that you are constipated. If that is the case, try taking a stool softener

It must be hemorrhoid. see your doc asap before it start bleeding. Almost no medications cure it. surgery is answer. I would recommend to use Washlet (see the site). it is excellent equipment for who has the decease, even after recovery. To avoid to eat spicy foods. Drink a lot of water and take a lot of fiber for better bowel movement. good luck.!!

it could be because you aren't getting enough fiber in your diet. so your poop is hard and it causes your butt to hurt.
