I want a Gold Dolce and Gabbana for my wife. I found the Gold version and the Dolce and Gabanna on ebay. Is there a difference?

The DG is licensed/branded Dolce and Gabbana I think. The GL version is the same housing components but includes no licensed DG recognition. From afar they look identical, just one says "DG" on it, the other doesn't.
