Hi I am knitting lion brand t-strap booties pattern number 60088 under free patterns and in row three it say pearl 10 4 times, m1 pearl 10 and then it says -29? Does this mean bind off 29 stiches?

It's the number of stitches you will have after you finish the row. You cast on 24 originally, and then increased five stitches (with m1). Likewise, in row 5, you will have 33 stitches after you finish the row.

No, that means that you have 29 sts-or stitches left. It could also mean that you have 29 stitches on your needle once you are done with the row. Good Luck!
