It's on the Roadrunner network. Based on the pointer record it is probably in Southern California somewhere (There's no such city as "Socal" CA.) and is a residential broadband connection.

That's in California, and they are using Road Runner Internet.
UPDATE: I apologize, I just realized that their is no city called "Socal", just an abbreviation from "Southern California". Just to tell you that they use a residential Internet service (not a business one).

socal.res.rr.com is a RoadRunner ISP server in California. I know you did not list the .com in your address, but the .rr is most closely assocaited with RoadRunner... (rr.com)
