Legally the save can refuse to do employer with all and sundry. except they discriminate on a foundation mainly prohibited through regulation, they could set any regulations they desire. Being observed through someone legally prohibited from paying for the product isn't a chance-free classification. It would not make a lot experience from a employer attitude, yet there aren't any regulations on both fringe of the problem.

Thank you...I have a 4 year old and he's super excited about "Santa" coming to his house!! And to Cool Dude Hey...that is so not right!!! Some of us have kids that are still young and get excited about Santa. I'm sure you did when you were 4!!!
