A really demanding course in the Philippines is nursing. But since you're into Math then go for Management Engineering at the Ateneo de Manila.

The choice of a college course will ultimately depend on what you like doing. Any course that you don't like or has a difficulty doing will be challenging & hence, demanding.
If you're good in Math, then Engineering, Accountancy, & BS Math would be ideal courses.
But if you want a stressful, demanding yet fun course, then take up BS Physical Therapy. The Best PT school now is UST.

management engineering (at the ateneo de manila) is considered to be a tough program, with its graduates moving on to top jobs and/or excellent MBA schools. i think it's IE in UP and elsewhere.
computer science is math-intensive too, so you might want to consider that as well (i'm a CS grad myself). DLSU is generally regarded as having the best CS program in the country -- and i'm from ateneo -- not least because of the different tracks you can choose from, since CS these days is such a broad field of study and the government-prescribed curriculum leans heavily towards the theoretical aspect of CS -- not exactly helpful if all you wanted was to be a good programmer.

definitely engineering or something related. ... accountancy, well, yeah .. but in my opinion, you're stuck with boring job options. lol
i'm taking advertising though ... =)
but if you're into design and stuff, might as well take architecture. you're math skills come in handy there. =)
