It is something that has been happening to me all my life . Same thing happens every year. I just can not stop time.

Yes, Christmas is coming the same as it does every year. The same as my birthday, Halloween, Labor Day, Independence Day and Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Why would anyone wish to stop the clock?
Or...could it be that you are just putting out a snide remark for those who don't celebrate it as the birth of Jesus or at all? That's not very Christ-like of you.

It's really hard to miss that 'christ' is in the word Christmas but the only thing truly Christian about the day is the name. Everything else was stolen from the pagans, including the 'crucified savior" birthday on the 25th (Mithra).

I wouldn't want to stop CHRISTmas...(notice the name isn't Santamas). As far as the date of His actual birth, Dec. 25 is mere symbolism. It's worked for centuries, why knock it? Unless your name is Scrooge....
