It really varies from person to person. Maybelline Mousse Foundation is good. I had a horrible, zitty complexion when I started using it, but within a week or two, all my zits went away and did not come back until I ran out and began using a different product.
I now use bareMinerals, from bareEscentuals. Not a blemish in sight! Plus, it has been clinically proven to improve the skin with continued usage. Only downside, it's a minimum of $30 for a two month supply.

Well it depends on the type of foundation you are looking for. For full coverage I would suggest Mary Kay Cream to Powder, or if your looking for something not as thick, try Mark Kay Medium coverage or if you like a more sheer finish try, Mary Kay Dual Powder Foundation its a pressed powder. Also new is the Mary Kay tinted moisturizer, that has just a touch of foundation....so it provides the color without being heavy and goes on like a moisturizer.

Some of the best ones I have tried are: Shu Uemura Velvet Perfect, MAC Studio Fix, Kanebo, Clinique Superfit, Benefit Playsticks, and Max Factor PanStik. I have also heard that Francois Nars and Laura Mercier make excellent foundations.

I have tried almost every type of make up. Mary Kay does not work for me. Cover Girl doesn't either. I've had acne prone skin in the past when I was youngand now I'm left with some scars. No make up has ever given me full cover without using concealers and tone of other products as well. The only one that has done the job for me is BeautyControl. I love that. Only need to put one thing on and it goes on so natural without orange tones like mary kay and cover girl.

My new find is Boots no7 creame mousse foundation (UK). It's a bit expensive, but seriously you only need a tiny dab - and my skin isn't the best in the world!

MAC is a good choice. However, try everything first then you find the most suitable for you.
