Try 2 forget it. I know its not easy. But u hve 2. If u can't then at least divert ur attention 2 other things. I m not saying 2 forgive dat person but don't panic urself. If u can't trust any of ur frends. No problem. Talk 2 ur mother or any of ur family members whom ur close (I don't mean cousins). N still if u can't deal wid the situation then sit in front of mirror recall those memories n cry as long as u want. I guarantee u dat u'll feel better later.

To be honest you really don't get the full effect of what it feels like until you lose that person, and it hurts so bad inside emotionally, that's when you really get the full effect of love, however while you are with that person you just feel like you wouldn't want to be with any other person in this world, and it's just the two of you, nothing else in this world matters, no one else in this world matters. You could care less what anyone else says about that person, because you know that person better than anyone else, and it won't bother you one bit. You'd do anything for that person. And there's nothing you enjoy more than holding them in your arm, cause no matter how many people are around, to you it's just the two of you. That's the best way I could explain it, hope this helps!

OMG, pick up a dictionary..please. Is THIS how people are going to spell and speak due to texting and internet chat? I don't even know what the heck you are talking about. You might want to be more alert in English and Literature classes from this point on. I assume you are still in school..I refuse to believe you're an adult speaking so poorly.

First off if your friends broke your trust in order to help you as you yourself said then you must look at why they did what they did.
What was you doing that caused your friends to break your trust? By them revealing your 'secrets' did it help you really or harm you?
If your friends did this to help and it did then what you need to do is to talk to them telling them that you understand why they did what they did. After doing this, ask them that if in the future they feel like you are doing something that would warrant them to betray your trust to first come to you.
This way they can talk to you about your issuses then if you don't stop whatever it is then they can reveal it to someone who might can help you stop whatever it is you need to stop.

Look sister, there's no excuse for you not using proper English here. You're not text-messaging us, for Christ's sake. I wonder what kind of grades you're getting in English class. Try this absurd abbreviated pidgin there, and any proper English teacher would not only flunk you, but break a pointer over your head.

see if they did it for ur benefit then believe me they r the best friends u have got in ur life . bcoz they had put ur friendship in danger for your benefit

see somtimes we feel that our frnds r not trust worthy due to some strict actions of their but once u go through u lll find they have done it for ur benefit
so dont loose ur frnds dear true frnds r hard to find n i think u already have found those dont loose them

That's foolish not to trust them. Just tell them how you feel and what they might have done instead. You said yourself they did it trying to help. You have to at least appreciate the thought. They were trying to help, it just didn't work out. It happens. Don't destroy your friendships over one mistake.

Is English a 2nd language for you or are you just an idiot who can't spell? Do you talk like that, 2?

is your friend really a true friend that can be trusted? u know that,
is it a big deal that your friend broke your trust? give him one more chance, but think about it? but if you feel that this person cannot be trusted anymore, you must know that., and you must decide now... that person is not a true friend.. o.k.
