the door to happiness is always open;you just have to enter it...
happiness does not depend on other people or other things,it depends on yourself.your perspective in life and your faith in God.sadness will prevail if you only let it overcome you.

You might be in a clinical depression (this differs from the depression following a difficult break-up, or a move). A clinical depression cannot be "cured" by thinking happy thoughts or trying to be a positive person. It requires professionals.
If you do not know how to access your local mental health facilites (present in every county in the US), call a hospital. Speak to the social worker and she will tell you the phone#.) The wait time for an appointment might be lengthy, but DO make your appointment. In the meantime, you can rely on hot lines. The social worker can also give you this #. You can call and speak to them 24/7 and they will listen to you and talk with you as long as you need. I hope you have Merry Christmas despite your sadness...

In every situation their is something positive! That is the way I look at it. Even in the darkest of moments, I find something positive. Just the fact that you woke up this A.M. is a blessing, so many other did not. As long as you have breath you have a chance to make it better. Have a blessed Christmas and a joyous New Year! God bless****

We have to think positive no matter what!!!!
My daughters and I went to see Will Smith new movie, "The Pursuit Of Happyness". It is a true story, about a man and the hardships that he went through to make a better life for his son. He became a multi-millionaire as a Stock Brocker. No matter what hell he went through he did not tell anyone what he was going through. He had an internship at Dean Witter. His wife left him and his son, he became homeless, IRS took back taxes that he owed out of his account. He had about $12.00 to $27.00 in his account. He went to this company on this internship not knowing that he was not going to be paid. I grew to have respect for him because he did not give up. He worked hard under pressure. The 4 men that he worked under grew to have a lot of respect for him. He carried around a suit case full of he and his son's clothes and a clean suit in plastic on his back. They would ask him what's going on but he would make up a story about traveling a lot. It this is not sacrifice, tell me what is it.

In this life, there is nothing either good or bad, happy or sad, right or wrong... but the thinking makes it so. As simple as that :)

Be a child-free by choice. You will have more time for yourself and loads and loads of money.
Agenda is not to do things which add stress in life.

If you live in America be glad you can get help for your sadness.
America is one of the few countries who help those in need. If it is depression there are clinics to help you, food kitchens, missions where you you can live and they help you get a job. Count your blessings if you live here, my friend.
