In an ideal situation there would be no men's roles or women's roles but a person's role in society. Hence, a person's role is to be a good moral citizen be it a man or woman and strive to achieve ones best according to ones interest and abilities.

In relationships however "division of labour", "special skillsets" and "partnership" are a few key concerns. If people could live individually there would be no need for family units or other living arrangements. But if one chooses to enter such arrangements the above factors have to be kept in mind before choosing ones role in the family and consequently the society.

Division of labour refers to breaking up of tasks and the family workload and distributing it to the family units mutual satisfaction.
Special skills refers to each individual choosing tasks more suited to their skillset. Like a brain surgeon would be good in brain surgery while a cardiologist is more suited to treating the heart. Now because both fellow are doctors and you insist the neurologist check the heart, while the cardio fellow checks the brain just in the interests of equality with no respect for their skillsets disaster is bound to follow. Partnership is just that, equal responsibility and ownership of the family's fortunes. Equal duties, rights and responsibilities.

This is just a general idea. A more specific role breakdown will depend on the individual partners and their backgrounds since every person is different.

Not 'pleace'. It's 'please'. When a woman is equal to a man, her role is also equal to him in today's society. Women can shoulder more responsibility than men because she acts as a bread winner and as a homemaker. Rarely men can bear such a burden.

a woman's role in society depends upon which society you refer to. if it's indian society, then a woman is the prime homemaker, caregiver to the children and giver of love to her husband. in the west, the woman is closer in role to a man, so she often works, has children but often a childcare giver. there is no comparison to make between men and women, but it is more of an interaction between the two.

It is said that men and women take turns being in power on our world. But due to human nature, emotionalism,
and extremism. The one in power ends up abusing it.
The purpose of getting our turn in power is of course, to learn to use it "wisely". We need mutual respect and
cooperation between the sexes, and in every aspect of
human life.
