the un-install that came with probably will not work anymore but try anyway if it doesn't make sure nothing Nero is running in the back ground then find the folder and delete it if not all the files will delete do a search for a program called unlocker run it on the files left and then delete, empty recycle bin and restart and re-install Nero.
by the way did you try the restore option?

Probably the best thing to try here id to rest your computer to an earlier time, a time when nero was installed on your computer b4 you deleted it.
If you do this then nero should appear back onto your computer

Try removing all traces of nero that is on your computer. Delete any files/folders that reference nero
If you have a registry program run that to remove anything else that nero left on your computer, if you don't have a registry program grab a free one here http://www.ccleaner.com/

finding on precisely what occurs till now you get the blue video exhibit, there are some opportunities: a million) Your Vista bootable CD is in basic terms too old to your hardware. you opt on a minimum of SP1 integrated. 2) you will desire to load drivers during the installation (whilst it tells you to press F6) and you probably did no longer. 3) Your troublesome tension controller is in a form your installation media won't be able to assist (generally with the aid of the two project a million or project 2 above likely). in case you may replace the mode to compatibility or AHCI, that should help.

never delete... always UNINSTALL...
I'd suggest running the UNINSTALL process - then attempting an install anew.
good luck
