Medicaid is a state health insurance program that covers those who meet certain income guidelines. These vary from state to state. If you live with your parents, your entire household's income will be counted, so they need to make under a certain amount for you to qualify. If you qualify, the medical coverage won't cost you anything.
You also might want to look and see if a state children's health insurance will cover you. If you live with your parents, it might be able to cover you through age 19.
Hope this helps!

sorry to tell you this but you won't qualify. you have to be a female that is pregnant, or a child of parent that financially qualify. or even some elderly people. mainly though it is pregnant females and small children.
this is the pits for those that need it and can't get it. Good luck on finding some insurance because medical expenses add up real quick. they can put it on your credit report if you don't pay but depending on what it is you are doing they don't look that close at your medical bills unless you are getting something and the bills are small ones or your are not getting a necessity

Double check with the insurance company. Some automatically cover until you turn 19. (21 if you are a student)

Medicaid income requirements will vary by state.

Medicaid is for the indigent. it varies from state to state but if you are unemployed you should qualify. if you begin working, you may need to put up a "spend down"
