Ok , i m a confident guy and maybe even more, even though thats a self-praise.But there are these two places where I m just blank. Dancing and fear of hieghts.I m with a girl and I can say she's gettin really impressed( srry if i m praising myself too much), but when she wants to dance, i m nervous as hell, I just dont dance, just dont, i try but u'll start laughing its that bad, never been to dance classes and have no time now, so what should I do to impove on dancing.Plus I dance better when all alone in front of the mirror, Second, fear of hieghts, I can do river-rafting and other adventure sports, but those involing even little hieghts , like two floors high, and I'll will sweat, this sometimes is a disadvantage with girls, even bad impression sometimes, so , to cut it short can u help me improve on this

it all your state of mind. ( for dancing ) next time you get to a dance floor close your eyes and dance one of two ways.
Either dance like NO ONE is looking or dance like EVERYONE is looking. Somedays you'll need to dance one way and other days you'll need to dance the other.
As far as heights go - i hate them to. but be safe and realize it's up to you to be safe.

Lol. you're thinking too much about what other people might think.. it's kinda cute that for a "cool" guy like you, you admit your weaknesses. It's alright to show a weakness to a girl. It also shows your sensitive side and it's kinda impressive. Next time you go dancing with the girl, just ask her cooly if she can teach you how to dance, and enjoy it. You can also try practicing in your room some steps even if you can't do any; be crazy..go with the beat.. until you got the rythm. For your fear of heights... well that's nothing new to most people, so don't be too perfect and hard on yourself because imperfections can sometimes be hot. ;)

in my opinion - there's nothing more adorable than a man that laughs when he dances and when he dances goofy!! don't try to take yourself seriously when you're dancing - you're not in a boy band are you? next time you're at a club, watch people dance - you'll realize most people don't know how to dance anyway! most people look really ridiculous when they dance - like me! i use that to my advantage. just move to the music, laugh and smile - and know that most women appreciate the fact that your even on the dance floor!!! cause most men won't even go that far! and as far as slow dancing, just hold a woman close and sway to the music! get on the floor, know that you might look like a goof and have fun with it! who cares?!?! it's about having fun! not about making the video!
i myself have had fear of heights - have i completely overcome it? no. but, when i have to deal with it, i just take it slow and tell myself - would i be this nervous climbing down 20 feet into the ground? that's a tough one - cause sometimes my knees wobble when i climb back down a ladder!

To the fear of heights - I know it's hard to overcome, but please look at it and realise how irrational it is. You are afraid of it probably because you're afraid to fall. But - look at yourself in your every day life - how often do you fall over or seriously loose balance? I'd say, never, or close to that. Once I realized that, and remembered that several times while on a balcony or in a similar situation my fear of height diminished significantly (to the point of unusal lack of fear)

As for dancing - may be you are confident, but you still may be inhibited. I say it because you say you dance better when you are by yourself. Dance like noone's watching! Don't be too hard on yourself and don't try to be perfect. It's simple as that - it is good to see a person dance the way they like
