I'd make a sailboat fo rthe teddy bears.
I'd use the box as the boat, and use one propeller on the bottom. I'd use most of the coat hangar for the mast. I'd cut (or tear if I weren't allowed to use scissors since they're not on the list) the plainest rainbow colored folder into the shape of the mainsail. I'd use the duct tape to tape it to the mast. Then I'd use the most colorful ones to patch together for a spinnaker using the glue, and use more duct tape to hoist that. I'd use the short leftover piece of the coat hangar for a mast for the wind generator (the other propeller). more duct tape needed to secure that. The steering wheel, of course, would be used as the helm of the boat. If it were too big, i'd use one of the markers as a tiller.
The hubcap becomes the sea, because if you set the box in the floor it will be too "calm".
Use the other marker to give the boat a name.
Let the bears enjoy!

Put all the items except 1 marker inside the cardboard box. Use the marker to write in big bold letters "any 2 items for $1" outside the box. throw the used marker back into the box. Take the box to a nearby church and proceed to make money.

I would make a dog house.
Cardboard box for the shelter
coat hanger to stabilize it
roll of duct tape to secure it into place
steering wheel to weigh it down
2 propellers to give air inside
markers to decorate
rainbow colored folders to insulate the box
hubcap to aid in being seen (shining and all)
3 mini teddy bears to put inside for the dang dog
the glue to make the box ridged and firm. Pour it all over the box and let it dry.
Hope this helps.
Happy to you.

I will make a teddy hydrofoil. There is one propeller on the bottom and one behind. I'll fold the rainbow folders for seats. I'll use the hanger for the frames of the seats. The steering wheel will be used for steering and the hubcap and markers will be used to decorate. Oh, I'll use two of the folders to make the inverted v shape of the teddy hydrofoil. I was on a hydrofoil on Lake Michigan once. It was fun! Merry Christmas!

I would build a time machine for my teddy bears, althhough it would be hard to fashion a flux-capacitor out of a coat hanger, but I think I could do it.
