It is about 4 days until my period is due. I have taken 4 pregnancy tests.....due to impatience, over the last two days and all have shown the same. A thin blue line where the positive line should be. It is faint and thin compared to the other line. All showed up straight away.

If you have 2 lines on a pregnancy test then you are pregnant - no question. EXCEPT if the test is the kind that shows a + sign (ie, a line with another line crossing through it). The instructions that came with the test should tell you which kind it s but sounds to me like you are indeed pregnant. Congratulations (I hope). Also, test again in a week to make sure.

I remember the first time I thought I was pregnant I took 4 tests as well. I took a no-frills brand test to an ept test. They all showed something. Some were faint lines and others stronger, but yes, I was pregnant. You should make an appt at your ob/gyn to confirm. Congrats!!!!

congrats its sounds like you are def preggas , i done a test four days early and i got a faint line , i retested after my period was due and it was a stronger line , any faint line means your pregnant as you are producing the hormone to give the test a positive

Chances are that u really r preg.
Do one thing try another test but the kit should be of a different brand than the one u have previously used.
If still not satisfied have a lab test done

it's very possible, but before u panic, think about this:
Are u stressed out??
Are u on any meds that could disrupt your period??
If not, then u probably are. If u are, CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Also, what pregnancy test are u using?? Some are better than others. Go to your doctor to be sure.

you are pregnant. If a pregnancy test comes back negative you could still be pregnant, if it comes back positive (no matter how thin the line) you are pregnant. Go and see your doctor.

If you dont want the child you can have one tablet of MTPill and 4 tab of misoprost 200 after 48 hours and wait for the internal thing come out there is the possibilty of some labour pains while the inner thnings come out.

yes, my friend done a test and it there were 2 red lines, 1 red and 1 faded.she was pregnant, then i done a test when i thought i was and it was the same 1 faded 1 not

sounds like you are thats how both my pregnancies showed up first wait till boxing day and do another one first thing and you should have 2 very clear lines! congrats and what a wonderful christmas present x

congratulations....... the line is faint as your hormone levels aren't as high as they will become overthe next few weeks. the test will pick up the prengnancy hormone as soon as it starts beeing produced, and if you was to wait untill a couple of days after your due date the line will be much stronger. good luck and enjoy.
