dracinabox.com is pretty reasonable but most store bought goth clothes are never cheap
batgearbeyond.com used to be good to show what country a store is in ---but the sites been slooooow lately
you could always buy something second hand and modify it...

If you mean cheap cheap, you could try some stores like Mandees,they have cool black pants and conways. Or you could always stick with Hottopic I buy lots of stuff there and for 255 Im sure you'll find a lot. I hate school lol Good luck.

Umm... I think GoodGoth is English. its a Gothic clothing store. And it has a website. Though I might be wrong, I'm not gothic. Hot Topic is also a major one, but I don't know if that's English.
