signs of very old age?

I came back home for christmass I was shocked at my Dad whos 80. He looks like a very old Man now !!!! He is stooped over looks shorter then my Mom. Every one says Look at Him He,s looking very old now. Wow this is just in the past year. The Doc says He doing ok. He takes some bloodpressure pills etc. But My question is this Why is he looking so old so fast? He always had gray hair wrinkles in his 70,s but he changed so fast to a verys fral old Man. Is he on the way out?

He can delay the aging by doing a lot of exercises, taking some vitamins and ginseng product, drinking a lot of milk, and green tea !!!

Well, it's typical for old people to have gray hair, wrinkles and all that. But what do you exactly mean by that? So your dad looks really old. Well, ofcourse he's gonna look old because he's 80 years old but what you're trying to ask why he looks old too fast. It's typical. Because of aging.

Its hard to see parents grow old, you must of been shocked to see reality of life; people grow old, not any person but your parent. Dont count the years asking yrself when he will pass away, sounds like you dont visit yr parents. Now you know better.

Check with him whether he is happy with life or not, maybe something is bordering him that why he grow old suddenly.Or maybe he need some new hobby to get a jump start again

well, let's hope not...I knew an old man like that who almost made it to 100 years old...so you never know, and as long as the doctor tells you he is alright, just love him and do what you can everyday, as if it WAS his and your mom's last days....let's pray he lives a nice long time...God Bless, my prayers are with you and your folks!

i am sorry 2 tell u but he has about 1-3 years if that so spend time with him and pray he does get cancer 2

your dad could just be tired no one can say how long he has he could live for many years my grandmother lived to 96 years old.
