Yeah Bondo is just body filler in the uk there are many different manufacturers but basically two types of the product one has fibre glass in it, this is for repairing holes that are larger than say 3-4 cm across if you cant be bothered to or dont have the time or facilities to repair the damage properly by weldning a new piece of metal in or if the bodya panel is made of fibre glass. The other is just a filler which when you apply and let dry will hide small imperfections on the body surface that would show up after painting the correct ratio of mixing is a golf ball sized amount of filler to a pea sized amount of hardner

isnt that the singer that sings for U2. Just kidding it is a replacement filler used for body work. Instead of replacing a fender or something because of rust they will use bondo to fill in the hoe where the rust was and then sand and paint. Not as nice looking but heck of a lot cheaper.

Yes, bondo is just regular body filler. You mix the filler with the hardner and apply it to your vehicle. Then you use a grater to smooth it out, sand it down and its ready for paint. Im sure there are equivelents in the UK, just goto a local body shop and ask them where they get there body filler.
