Yes, for those who enjoy it. That's why it's called "enjoyment."
Some people feel they cannot become arroused without being dominated physically. Others, oppositely, feel they cannot become arroused without dominating others...so it works out fine.
But I'm sure I'll get a lot of flack from my BDSM brothers and sisters.
It's also a state of mind, sometimes having nothing to do with sex at all. It's an emotional state, something this forum is not equipt to handle...so please don't come down on me for my previous statement.

How old r u? I think a matter of teens, should not being talking of some sort. But to answer your question: There is no way to answer this, we all have different opinoins about sex.
