Everyone has sex and people who don't have it are losers, so should sex be taxed on the amount you have?
most people would pay more tax than they need to, rather than admit they didn't get any last night/week/year....!!! right?? Heh!

The other guy has a point with the marriage thing... seems like that is more like a penalty than a tax though. I only say that because most people say after they get married they sexy fairy flies away! LOL
BUT you never know... people will pay to make themselves look good. I still lean more towards no. Don't give the Government ideas Dude!

Technically, I think tax is only due if you're paying for it, and then only in areas where sales tax is collected on services. Well, and the provider owes income tax.
Now, if you're asking should we pass a new tax on sex, I think the answer is no. The tax code in this country is goofy enough already without adding loopy ideas like this one.

Men used to have to pay pole tax. That was for them being male and able to get a woman pregnant. If you still want to pay pole tax maybe you can get that revived. Leave us women out of it please. I don't think it is any ones business if a person don't want to say how much or how little they have it. You must have more Dollars then Cents. If you need help with your sex life I hope you will be able to find it some other way. Should inches count to? U.S.A.

Interesting idea. I am all for it as long as we all pay the same amount. I like to do it in the morning and my husband likes it in the evening,so we compromise by having it twice per day and three times per day at weekends. Now I would not want to be taxed any more than Mrs Elkina next door to us. Three times she has knowcked on our detached house door and told me with a little smile and cheecky face, that she could clearly hear us last night. "The walls are thin you know" she says, "and my Jack is not as atheeletic as he used to be. He is 43 you know. You make him feel inadequate. "
After a cup of tea for her and all about Jack for me, I let her go. Now to me Jack should pay as much tax for hearing us as I pay for causing him to hear us. That is because he wishes he could do it. At 43 he shold be well fit not be dragging a huge pot belly full of water melons about the place and failing MRs Elkina like that. A good tax would make himsee sense.
Think about those who claim dole and therefore do not pay tax. Imagine them having a pay increase for failing to have sex because their bellies are too big, or their wives are unable to give head.
This tax would be a huge can of worms and many in single gender marriages might argue in court that technically they are not having sex, but just helping each other out like good citizens should be doing. Imagine a lesbian in a civil ceremony relationship going to the doctors to be proven a vergin after for refused to pay tax. hat about single mothers and prostitutes? Are prostitutes having sex or just working?

What ! No people who dont have sex arent losers mate . Unlike the Slap*ers In this world Male and female I add . Some people choose to be careful whom they sleep with so as not to catch and std or aids . Or just to be known as the local bike left out for all to ride as and when they please . And if you look anything like the picture on here then I cant imagine you get much action anyways darling so to be honest youre tac would be so low they probably tell you to forget about it.

They would have to have a sex tax enforcment agency. They would carry sex detectors and train dogs to sniff out semen at 50 yards.
Mind you the goverment shaft people daily so they would have to pay a fortune.
Don't think they would agree to that!
