Unless its about golf i write a fictional story question sometimes
I get some thoghtful answers I hardly ever do its just for writing practice but If i do once in a while then others do it to. So that must mean a lot of these questions arent real questions would you say?

Funny, what brought me here was the question you posed about reality. I wanted to see what kind of questions you asked because that one seemed more than a bit daft or possibly Schizophrenic.

Anyway, to answer this question, I think it depends on what section you are in. The Religion category seems to have people posit questions that are pointed in nature or generally worthless. There are some who really want other's opinions on issues, but not many. Conversely the 'parenting' section has a lot of people who really want to talk to someone else about very real concerns. Every now and again you get someone asking something made up, but not generally.

The questions are real...it is the content that may not be.

and it does get the old grey matter working occassionally..which I suppose is no bad thing.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
