If you think about it for a moment, there are tons of things that could change your life forever. How about being in a car accident where you were badly injured-maybe you'd be confined to a wheelchair, or an illness like cancer, or a large inheritance, or someone you love being murdered, or a meeting with a career counsellor who advised you to take a certain career path, or being raped, or having a child, or meeting your soulmate, or eating healthfully, or exercising, or many of the millions of other mundane things we do on auto-pilot. Everything can change your life, and you don't know just when.

If you think my example about eating right are minor, consider this: in my 20's, I ate lots of junk, my diet was poor-I eventually had irritable bowel, which meant I had an upset stomach several times a week, couldn't go anywhere without knowing where the bathroom was, and felt generally lousy. I decided to eat better, and that's all gone, and I also am no longer allergic to dairy, onions, or garlic. Life is much more pleasant now. This one small thing has changed my life forever.

Nothing changes in this life, what changes are your own ideas and thoughts. Thoughts which give rise to the feeling of well being and feeling of being lost. If anyone can control these thoughts he might experience change in everything he wants to see change in. But life doesnt provide so many chances and you feel given one more chance I could have changed things but the fact is that you by changing your thougts could change everything/.
