I think that's rather selfish, considering rudolph and all his friend's have to haul the fat man and all those presents around the world in the night. and what are they paid? CARROTS?!?!?!? SLAVE LABOUR!!!!

That was in the old days. Now Santa has to maintain a cholestrol free diet so the cookies go to the reindeer and Santa eats the veggies.

i would think that cookies and treats that are so high in fats and sugar are deadly to most animals, or at least seriously unhealthy. santa would be doing those reindeer a favor.

they probably get free hoof-manicures back at the north pole...
what with modern technology santa will probably have an eco-freindly power sleigh in a couple of years and the reindeer will be out of ajob...

because if he gave them the cookies then the reindeer would get fat and they couldn't fly anymore plus it might be bad for their health

carots and reinder are like basil and pesto, steak and chips, strawberries and cream.... the best always has a mix of good for you and not so good!!! the reindeers Ive met prefer vegetarian! santa... well he likes the sweeties...
