A few months back, I found smelly yellow stains on my underwear, and upon further 'investigation' i found it was discharge from my penis. I went to the doctor, did a urine test and the results showed no growths or wierd stuff down there and the doctor deemed I was okay. A few days back, I had this problem again, with the smelly discharge.Im uncircumsized, underage, never had sex before and It does NOT hurt when i piss So, anybody have any idea what's this whole condition about? And what should i do to stop it?

Update:
I got these stains during the day (so it couldn't be wetdreams), and I know what semen smells like, so i dont think that is semen (unless it gets worse and starts the smell like rotten eggs or something when it dries up)

Anyways looking for more ans! Thanks for your replies. Much appreciated!

It sounds like "smegma" to me. Smegma, a transliteration of the Greek word σμήγμα for soap, is a combination of exfoliated (shed) epithelial cells, transudated skin oils, moisture, and bacteria that can accumulate under the foreskin of males and within the female vulva area, with a characteristic strong odor and taste. Smegma is common to all mammals, male and female. Mycobacterium smegmatis is the characteristic bacterium involved in smegma production, and is generally thought to form smegma from epidermal secretions.

Both males and females produce smegma. In males, smegma is produced and accumulates under the foreskin; in females it collects around the clitoris and in the folds of the labia minora.

Smegma is invisible, noticeable as a smooth or moist texture until it is allowed to accumulate, when it takes on its characteristic texture and appearance described in many texts as "cheesy". Since smegma tends to accumulate under the foreskin in males, its presence is less common and less noticeable in circumcised males.

If it is not smegma, then the only other possibility may be STD. You didn't mention if the doctor checked for those, so you may also want to do that.

What you are describing sounds like smegma accumulating under your foreskin. You need to be almost "religious" about properly cleaning every day under your foreskin to remove the smegma and bacteria. The yellow is probably from urine drips and the smell is from the combination of urine and bacteria.

Clean yourself thoroughly. Somebody didn't teach you proper male hygiene. This is the whole reason that circumcision became "the rule"...to prevent men from infecting women with this disgusting crap. Clean yourself, at least once a day.
