After struggling,eyes down for days, I straightened up, turned around, and looked across the central plains of Africa from the peak of Mt Kilmanjaro! Eyes that had been held dry for forty years were filled with tears, and I realised for the first time trully what a wonderous planet this is.

It was in the middle of the summer. One of those day with a bright blue sky and white fluffy clouds here and there. It wasn't too hot or too cold, but a beautiful day.
He took me to a small park. He sat on top of a picnic table and I sat on the seat between his thighs leaning back into him. He put his arms around me and said, "I love you. Will you marry me?"
When I am old I will replay those seconds in my mind and smile. I will feel the warmth of the sun on my skin and the fire of love in my heart.
