Go slowly dear... don't pluck or shape them too drasticly at first.
Maybe if you ask your mom nicely, she will take you to her hair salon. They could help you find the right shape for your face, and teach you the right way to maintain your cute new brows.
The hairs that make up eyebrows grow back at different rates, so you will have to tidy things up now and then. Being young, your brows will tend to fill in again.

Absolutely! Your mother should have told you this when you were younger, but in order to fit in, you have to shape your eyebrows once a Week at least. To be honest, I think you should do it once a day. Any stray hairs on your face should be plucked IMMEDIATELY! You should get in the habit of trying to perfect your body now. You're only a few years away from being able to get botox injections and breast implants. By the time you get to that age, wouldn't you rather have the other stuff like eyebrows, toenails, earwax, and nosehair under control? Keep everything groomed. Never get lax on this point. Your appearance is THE MOST IMPORTANT THING you will ever have to deal with! If you follow this simple advice, then at the end of your life your corpse will be the envy of everyone who is interred at your local cemetery.
And isn't that what it's all about, really?
Hope this helps!!

If you start now by the time you are 17 you will only need to pluck them every couple of months to keep them trim and proper. So for now stick to every month, gradually hair growth will stop being so frequent. Hope i helped

Actually, there's a theory about eyebrow growth, which says that "The speed of growth of eyebrows is proportional to the frequency of shaving". Hence, the more you shave them, the faster they grow. So, just try using tweezers.
