There is no direct trains from Hyderabad to Varanasi. Please visit website http://www.indianrail.gov.in/
and select nearest stations to find out the fare and train number.

but i think the link you are asking for has no direct route between the stations , so you have to search your best connection via vizag, chennai or somewhere else...best thing to do, take some tiem to visit any ticketing counter, they are the best people who will be able to help you to guide you for a connecting train
