I think it happen in 1614 , Elizabeth Bathory of royality killed like 600young virgin women and washed in there blood thinking it would restore her youth , I was wondering where I can find more information on her , is there any movie's made about her ? Is there any real musem's with real artifacts ? Just any basic information you know in general and want to share about her will also be aperciated , thank's

A notoroious serial killer from Hungry that lived in the late 1500s the only reason she wasn't executed was because she had royal blood. 2 of the people that helped her were burned at the stake for obvious reasons.
Word was there was a book with at least 650 victims, the woman had a torture chamber and buried bodies where ever.. bathory.org. wikipedia and www.crimelibrary.com for starters.
Woman sounds like those creeps from northern california evil has no bounds in history.

on discovery channel
i watched a reconstructed movie about her among the most notorious female serial killers
it was shot in her palace and showed her portrait, she looked very calm , a cold blooded killer.when her crimes was discovered,she wasn't send to death as she was a noble woman, instead she was imprisoned for life in a room in her palace till she died at the age of 40's.
