i have purchased a used Nokia 7610 but the previous owner changed the default phone code that should be "12345" and i will not be able to get a hold on him, is it possible i can enter a certain master code or use any kind of software to unlock it, its better for me to do it my self on going to a unlock shop its not availble were i live.

Try entering the last 4 digits of your phone number, or just take it to a Nokia dealer and have them fix it.

Get the master reset code from http://www.unlocking4free.com/tools/?tool=nokia-master-reset-tool&phone=nokia-7610 .With the master reset code you can reset your current security code and can assign a new one.
