how do i check my cell phone records for previous calls if they were deleted?

well, if you had deleted them, then its deleted, you cant get them back.

You can't get them back. Depending on who you are with you may have to wait till your billing cycle closes for them send you your call detail. Due to privacy act numbers cannot be given out but depending on company policy they may be able to confirm time a call was made/recieved.
