I would think they would pick the houses with out christmas lights. This way no one can really see them do their business. AS for Santa. If a fire is roaring he might wizz down the chimney so he don't burn off his whiskers. Ya know, the jolly fat guy now wheres fire proof nomex suits. If he has to do #2. Making roof top land after roof top landing can really become a pain in the butt. So, he uses Depends It adds some cushion and doesn't make the landings as rough on him.

I have a friend who is putting'reindeer droppings' in his driveway so that he can convince his 3 year old son that Santa came

They've prob peed on yours... You just don't know it cuz since Santa & everyone/everything in da north pole is/are magic... well, the snow turns white again. That, or they pee in da air ha ha ha. Or maybe they don't have to pee :P
