What is Cream's Dance the Night Away about?

I've been meaning to ask about this for some time and realized just now that someone here might know. A couple years ago, a friend of mine said the song Dance the Night Away by Cream (Disraeli Gears) is about war. WTH?
Is suspect it's about dancing....

Does anyone know off hand?
