Several potential problems.
Firstly, we are running out of water.
Secondly, bad winters kill a lot of pests.
Thirdly, if global warming disrupts the Gulf Stream, we will actually get a lot colder, with a climate similar to eatern Canada.
Fourth, coastal and valley flooding
Yep, good old Britain, even gets the concept of "warming" wrong.

There will probably be more positives than negatives.
There is an awful lot of scaremongering going on about global warming. Alarmists use words such as "catastrophe" and "tipping point" in an effort to scare the gullible into jumping on the band wagon.
The truth is that it is unlikely to cause too much hardship.
For a start, the Earth was 3°C warmer than it is today during the Medieval Warm Period and mankind survived quite happily. There is no conclusive proof that the increases in temperature are having any effect on extreme weather. Yes, we had a freak tornado in NW London a few weeks ago, but anyone who kept their eyes and ears open would have heard the news say that we had one back in the 1950s. So this sort of thing in London is *not* new, it's just rare.
Oh, and sea levels are rising at only 1 inch every 15 years, so no, Join The Revolution!, London is not going to "be under water PERMANENTLY in a few years" - that's just scaremongering again. Similarly, Jules W says "in about 2022 if this global warming hazered keeps on going all the low land will be fluded" (Sic) - Well, 2022 is about 15 years away, so sea levels will probably rise another inch. I hardly think 1 inch will flood all the low land. More scaremongering!
Mike-from-spain covers all the alarmist bases with; more storms, more tornados, more flooding and, eventually, even more flooding when the ice caps melt. Except, of course, the ice caps aren't melting as much as you might think. Temperatures in the arctic have risen back to where they were in the 1930s and 80% of the glaciers on Antarctica are growing!
Etc, etc, etc.
Don't believe the hype and don't be so quick to jump on the band wagon.
Have a read of the link below; it might open your eyes to how you are being misled.

Climate change is neither good nor bad...it just is.
The real problems are sustainability and population. There are far too many people on this small island and as a result we are dependent on imported food and fuel and running out of water. People here and in the rest of the world are burning through the Earth's resources at an horrendous rate. Sooner or later (likely sooner) there will have to be a correction in the human population down to a sustainable level. I hope I do not live to see it but I fear for my children. Grim eh ?

My name is Rafael Lomena. I write from Alicante (Spain). I am independent investigator on the Accelerated Global Heating and want to share with all something that can turn out from interest to fight this phenomenon.
I believe that the main cause of the Accelerated Global Heating is in the great and increasing forest fires that are whipping to the planet in the last years.
My complete report is in: http://inicia.es/de/rlv/clim.htm...
If they do not understand the Spanish they can use the automatic translator that will find in the main page of site:

Thanks to all.

Bad or not, its part of a natural cycle of cooling and warming that repeats itself. Ever hear of the ice age, or the medieval warm period, or the very warm, tropical Jurassic period. Its coming, like it or not.

yes, but the extra warmth means more storms, more and worse tornados, more flooding due to rain storms, and eventually, when the ice caps melt a bit more, more flooding due to rising sea levels, don't live near the east anglia, Lincolnshire coasts as they will be some of the first to flood, also the Lancashire coasts.
