i thinking of buying it for my self im 19 is it sutable for adults as well as kids

You are very lucky because at 19 you are both an adult AND a kid. So be very, very happy.
Yes the book is suitable for adults and kids, there is nothing particularly naughty in it. I looked thorugh one in a Borders bookshop recently. And I'm kinda hoping Santa brings ME one.

i got it for christmas yesterday its great. You should definately get it its suitable for boys and grown men.
