Yeah, its normal. There could be something wrong or they're just not in a good mood or something.

Some women have a hard time showing affections, and this has nothing to do with PMS. I guess you need to have conversations with her to see if she is carrying any excess baggage. If she is then this would be the reason that she is not "sweet" to you. She could be afraid to let her guards down to you.
It is going to take some research, and investigative steps on your behalf.
To get to the bottom of the problem!

It is not normal. You don't like this behavior, so no wonder you are disappointed. You probably will not be able to change this behavior. It is probably her character flaw, or just a sign that there is something with your relationship that means it will not last. THere are plenty of people who might please you instead. Don't stick around with this lady. You don't seem happy. Good luck!

Does this happen, say about once a month for about five to seven days and about the same time every time?

What's wrong is communication. She's probably waiting for you to notice she's not being sweet and wanting you to ask why. We like it when our man "reads our mind". Go for it. Ask her if everythings ok.
