The Green revolution in India was pioneered by plant genetist Swaminathan and the research was carried out in the Indian Agricultural Research Institute.
The white revolution was a result of an Idea that was put forth when the Co-operative movement started. The main brand name created by it and under which production takes place till date is "Amul"
As for the reforms that were embodied in it - this answer is too long to type...you need to refer any ICSE std 10 text book - the ones by Rita Rajen or Frank Bros is satisfactory. If you need more detailed information - do a library reference. Any good library would have info on it. If you're in St. Xavier's college, refer to the books in the 'reference library' - they have exactly what ur looking for.
