trauma work can be helpful in the process of healing and making peace with the past allowing for living more fully in the present. we never completely get over our past as it forms who we are today but we learn to manage it and live a more meaningful life

As long as the therapists don't turn it in to a complex, yes. There comes a time when you just have to accept that bad things happen, and get on with life.

Yes It can..
It just takes time.. sometimes even years to cure a trauma. I have so many traumas brought to me from my past.
