King of Queens Announcer?

My boyfriend and I love the show King Of Queens, and in alot of the episodes where Doug is watching TV, there is a announcer voice over on the TV he is watching. It is almost always the same guy, and we KNOW we know the voice from somewhere else. Does anyone know who this man is?

Nick Bakay was one of the voices coming out of Doug's television. He was the voice of Salem, the cat, on Sabrina the Teenage Witch. He also was the voice of Salem Saberhagen on The Simpsons. Is that the voice you are trying to place?

I like that show too. But I have never paid attention to the voice. I will now.
