races do have different biological differences I'm not sure what race statistically live's the longest but here is my view. I think there a variety of different factors related to the environment and diet of the races ancestry. Asian people have eaten a diet high in calcium and omega 3 fatty acids or fish. Asa n people generally look younger at 45 than African Americans or white. I don't know if black people live that long but they seem to be in their prime athletically longer they generally have higher bone mass this is due to vitamin D from their ancestry no dairy in their diet and higher testosterone levels. I don't what has caused higher testosterone levels in black males from their ancestry but testosterone is related to bone mass delays the signs of aging from a skeletal and muscle fiber stand point. Testosterone does seem to have negative side effects on the immune system
so maybe that can influence cellular health overall. Its hard to say with whites what are whites their are Italians Russians Germans British you name it but environment and diet in my opinion has a huge factor in relation to live expectancy and genetics. white people and Asian people seem to have about the same testosterone level whites being slightly higher but Italians
might be similar to blacks in that category except bone mass.
I think overall because of fish and a high antioxidant diet Asians Japanese in particular live the longest.

I agree with some of the other comments, it's a more accurate test to see the income and livelihood in relation to age then by race. Some races appear to live longer, but those studies are flawed by saying 'black people live shorter lives than whites'- but the adverage income of a black family may be 40,000 verses the 70,000 income of the white family. what is the correct variable race or wealth?

its not a matter of political correctness....

there are only 3 confirmed "races;" *******, Mongoloid and Caucasoid.

All people are derivatives of one of the 3, but MOST people are a combination of at least 2 or more. You may find “purity” in some of the Nordic countries, Africa and Asia, but nowadays its rare.

As far as who will live longer, really depends more on culture than shades of color. People that exercise, don’t smoke, eat healthy, don’t engage in promiscuity; don’t mess with drugs and try to live stress-free have a better chance at living longer than those that don’t. A person can be Jet black or Lilly white and will have an equal shot at making it to 85 years old, if they live the same sort of lifestyle.

Among the longest living races are people from the Caucasus region, from Sardinia and from Japan. Thus it would seem that longevity is not a question of race, but of lifestyle.

The Japanese live the longest and other East Asians (the unpolitically correct term for the Orient) have also very long lifespans. I think it's a mixture of having order to follow in their lives (really don't need to think that much about where they stand...work, get married, have kids) and plus their diets. Also a lot of Asians take public transport than drive so physically they probably are healthier.

Actually, life expectancy has nothing to do with the colour of one's skin, it is more tied to the environment. (ie education, income, weather....) So, people in North America tend to live longer than people in Third World Countries, because of different conditions.
