Brad Pitt only because he very active in the gym, and Vince Vaughn is not. You cannot base the fight off of size.

Vincent Vaughn - Height 6'4" (193cm) (age 36)
Brad Pitt - Height 5 ft 11 in / 1.80 m (age 43)
Vince would smoke the older Brad (7 yrs older) azz. Vince's height and his arm reach alone would blacken Brad eye no dought. Vince has also the bar fighter instinct in him.

Originally I was going to say Vince, but I think the sheer beauty of Brad would blind Vince, thus rendering him helpless allowing Brad to stomp him.
