what is eligibility for teacers and lecturer in govt schools and colleges of delhi?

Do you mean qualifications?

The minimum qualifications are such:

Pre-primary: ECCE
Primary: HSC + D.Ed
Secondary: BA/BSc/B Com + B Ed
HSC: BA/BSc/B Com + M Ed
Degree college level: MS/ MSc.MCom + NET/SET
Post graduate degree: PhD + NET/SET

Don't know about eligibility? but I'm pretty sure "spelling" and "grammar" would be a pre-requisite for "teachers" and lecturers"???
Being able to spell "teacher" I think would be right up there, don't you?
