Do most DVD's have the voices available in Portuguese?

Not just subtitles but the actual voice-overs.

I haven't seen any DVD's that do even subtitles in Portuguese, sorry.

Many do, (they'll say so on the box) but it's usually Brazilian Portuguese. I don't know if that makes a difference to you or not.

Maybe the European Region Code movies have.
