As everyone has given the same answer so far. and there is more than one answer ...

(9/.9) x (9/.9) = 10 x 10 = 100
[(9x9) + 9]/.9 = 90/.9 = 90 x 10/9 = 100

although I cannot typographically put a . over a 9 to mean .9 recurring (.9999999....) I shall represent this as .9...

9.9... x 9.9... = 10 x 10 = 100
