The movie would have to have been made with subtitiles, or some company would have to provide them.

.... do you mean that you've downloaded the movie, but your player won't play the subtitles (assuming that it was subbed)? In that case, is the file you downloaded .ogm/.ogg by any chance? Well, try this. Go download Core Media Player. It's small, compact, and it'll play subtitles. No adware attached. Then, download this thing called ffdshow.
If you STILL can't play the file with subtitles, then go search for a program that'll allow subtitles. I've only dealt with .ogm and .ogg files, so I don't know about your particular case.

now days all movies comes with english dubbed or with english subtitles,if a movie u want to watch it has no subtitles,replace it the new subtitled version or contact a person who knows korean well.

if its a download, then it probably doesnt come with any. im not sure about any addons. if its a dvd, then the menu usually lets you choose what language you want in the audio/subtitle section.
